The clinic participates in the following insurance programs:

- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (PPO only)
As insurance programs are constantly changing, please contact our office to determine if the clinic accepts your specific insurance.
For your convenience, we accept cash payments and Discover, Visa, American Express, and MasterCard (debit and credit cards).
We also offer gift certificates - they make great gifts for family and friends. Contact the clinic office for more information.
Full payment is due at the time services are provided.
